Why did my wine disappear from my basket before my eyes?
I got your email for a great new wine. I went to your site and added it to my cart. Then I shopped around and ADDED MORE WINE TO MY CART. Exactly what you would want me to do, right? I WAS SPENDING MORE MONEY BUYING MORE WINE. Evidentally for some reason you sold out of the wine while I was still shopping and voila!, it disappeared from my cart. Tried to re-add but it was sold out. Needless to say I am super pissed. There are a lot of wine sites out there who want my money and won't delete my order out from under me while I am trying to spend more moeny on your site. It's hard not to eb super pissed off. Needless to say, I am not buying anything.
